TCD convection oven is suitable for any size commercial kitchen. It will provide you with increased productivity, easy controls, and great performance. Plus, it comes with one-key automatic steam function, for perfect cooking results.

TCD Convection Oven differs from a traditional oven, with the addition of a fan. Traditional ovens use a heating element to heat the entire cavity. Convection oven adds a fan to evenly circulate the hot air throughout the oven cavity, which leads to more even heating.

Convection oven is ideal for multi racks cooking. The fan allows hot air to circulate around the racks so that all racks experience a similar temperature. In a traditional oven, the rack closest to the heat source would have the highest temperature, with the rack furthest away having the lowest.

The even heating of TCD convection oven makes it possible for multi racks baking at the same time. It cover all sizes, from small scale as 3 trays, to medium scale as 10 trays, and even larger, can be customized.
