1. There have wheels under the machine, after moving to the placement position, adjust the supporting screw to fix the equipment, and check whether screws of the equipment are loose due to transportation vibration.

2. Cleaning and wiping the whole equipment, including pressing roller, stuffing hopper, brush, etc.

3. Connect the power supply, connect the lines, pay attention not to connect wrong, so as not to damage the electrical components.

4. Before starting the machine, check whether the machine is normal, whether the power supply is normal, whether the power grounding line and other wiring is correct, and make sure there is no debris in the equipment and stuffing hopper.

5. Adjust the gap between the pressing roller and keep the gap on both sides of the pressing roller consistent. The front and middle pressing roller gap is about 1.1mm to 1.5mm. The specific gap of the pressing roller can be adjusted according to the thickness requirements of your own production process, and the gap of the subsequent several pressing rollers can be adjusted appropriately.

6. Put the dumpling dough into the hopper behind the dumpling machine.

7. Add dry flour to flour hopper.

8. Rotate the dough supply start knob, and adjust the dough supply speed by rotate the control knob, and the dough is pressed into dough sheet by multiple set of rollers.

9. Fix the stuffing tube inside the pre-wrapping wheel, and pay attention to the uniform clearance between the tube and the pre-wrapping wheel. If the dough sheet can not be cut well, properly tighten the M10 screw on the upper right side of the operating side of the frame. Pay attention to safety when operating!

10. The pressed dough sheet is rolled into dough tube by the pre-wrapping wheel, and is wrapped into a hollow dumpling by the mold.

11. Weighing the weight of the hollow dumpling, and adjust the gap between the pressing rollers as needed to make the thickness and weight of the dumpling wrapper meet your own requirements. Pay attention to adjusting the gap between the front and back pressing rollers to make the conveying dough sheet uniform. If the gap of the back pressing roller is too small, the dough sheet will accumulate at the front pressing rollers, then affect the dough pressing effect.

12. Rotate the stuffing start knob, slowly adjust, dumpling filling being pump into the stuffing tube, then into the forming device, adjust the speed of dough pressing and stuffing, check the weight of finished dumplings to meet the requirements. If all is satisfied, then you can begin continuous production.

13. When adjust the speed of dumpling forming, turn the speed control knobs for dough sheet supply and stuffing supply in turn. Weigh the dumplings to see if they meet the requirements during the production process. If the weight of dumplings is too big, then improve the speed of the dough sheet supply or reduce the speed of stuffing supply. If the dumpling weight is insufficient, you can reduce the speed of the dough sheet supply or improve the speed of the stuffing supply. In the normal production process, if suddenly the dumpling stuffing reduced, you can check the stuffing supply pump or whether the stuffing tube is blocked.

14. During the dumplings forming process, you should pay attention to the dry flour addition. If dumplings stick on the mold, you need to wipe the dumpling mold, scraper, and brush, and add flour into the flour hopper.

15. During the production, if dough sheet supply stop, stuffing supply stop, forming blockage and other unexpected situations happens, you can press the main switch to power off, shut down the machine, and adjust. When restarting, you need to turn the main switch knob, and can restart only after the eject.

16. During the production, in order to reduce the machine stop caused by the uneven dough sheet supply, it is necessary to pay attention to the rear dough sheet supply will not stop. At the same time, pay attention to adding stuffing to the stuffing hopper and adding flour to the flour hopper.

17. During use, if the conveyor belt runs off, adjust the adjusting screw, check the situation on both sides of the conveyor belt, if the conveyor belt tightening is not appropriate, it will move to the loose direction, be careful the conveyor belt is not to over tighten.

18. Pay attention to the installation direction when installing the mold. The connected marks are on the same side, and the keyway direction should be corresponding when installing the mold. Adjust the rear mold tensioning sleeve to make the dumpling dent position correspond.

19. Pay attention to the plug install position when installing the mold, let it faces the dumpling dent in an upright direction, do not distance too close to the side block ring, to avoid broken of dumplings.

20. The non-stick layer of the mold will fall off after several months of use, resulting in poor demoulding effect. Increase the amount of flour appropriately, and re-coated the non-stick layer if necessary.
